The reality of the decision in the Supreme Court today:
There is a widespread misunderstanding in the media that the anticipatory bail plea of Pujya Bapuji was rejected in the Supreme Court today. However, the actual facts are:
1. Till date, NO anticipatory bail plea has been filed for Pujya Bapuji in any court in connection with the Raju Chandak case. When no bail application has been filed even in the Ahmedabad Metro or Sessions court, where is the question of appeal in the Supreme Court?
2. An appeal had been filed in the Supreme Court to quash Raju Chandak’s FIR, but it was withdrawn even before any decision was given on the same by the Supreme Court.
We request you to kindly broadcast the true news in the light of the above facts.

really don’t know what all this is happening and why all the media is getting biased toward a person who is openly making fun of law and playing with. all this is really shameful for Gujrat and for all favoring him, and am not getting what exactly happened in court.
